When the weather heats up, I turn to fruit infused water to stay hydrated. It's a fun way to encourage myself and the kiddos to drink enough liquid, plus you get a bonus snack at the end. Ha!
We often make these by the glass in the evenings, or by the pitcher when we have company. The fruit infuses a subtle flavor to the water that is so refreshing and fruity without any added sweetener. Want to mix it up? Try using unsweetened black tea, green tea or flat water in place of the sparkling water. These are also awesome to pack for outings, throw everything in a mason jar or your fave insulated travel mug and you're off.
